Switch Pro Controller has incorrect buttonSouth, buttonEast, buttonWest and buttonNorth bindings

Added a new device that reads the iOS button state correctly for a Pro Controller.

Steps to reproduce:

Actual results: Received buttonEast event

Expected results: Received buttonSouth event

Reproducible with versions: All versions of Input System

Not reproducible with versions: N/A

Can’t test with versions:

Tested on (OS): iOS 18.5

Notes:

This is true for all buttons - we assume the A button event from Apple is for an Xbox style controller layout, rather than a Nintendo style layout
