Cannot paste text in the OS menu bar "Help" search

Reproduction steps:

1. Open a new project
2. Click on the OS menu bar item "Help" at the top of the screen
3. Paste any text

Expected result: Text is pasted in

Actual result: Text is not pasted in

Note: Pasting works on other applications and Unity Hub, it only does not work with the Unity Editor window
