An extra not needed scrollbar becomes visible in the preset "Inspector" window

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a project
2. Go to "Edit" -> "Project Settings"
3. Select the "Tag and Layers"
4. Click the "Preset" creation button
5. Click the "New Tag Manager Preset"
6. Create a preset
7. Go to the "Project" window 
8. Double-click  the newly created preset
9. Verify that its data is displayed in the "Inspector" tab

Actual results: A scrollbar is displayed at the bottom of the "Inspector" window

Expected results: A scrollbar should be hidden

Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.53f1, 6000.1.11f1, 6000.2.0b9, 6000.3.0a1

Not reproducible with versions: -
