How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “IN_91376“ project
2. Open Build Settings, and change the Target Platform to Windows
3. Open Project Settings > Player > Other Settings, and find the Graphics Jobs toggle
4. Open the ProjectSettings.asset file in a text editor (the file is at path <projectName>/ProjectSettings/ProjectSettings.asset)
5. In the text editor, find the m_BuildTargetGraphicsJobs array, and check the current values for MacStandaloneSupport and WindowsStandaloneSupport
6. Go back to Unity and toggle the Graphics Jobs property
7. Go back to the text editor and observe changes
Expected result: m_BuildTargetGraphicsJobs array toggles WindowStandaloneSupport to 1 and MacStandaloneSupport to 0
Actual result: m_BuildTargetGraphicsJobs array toggles WindowStandaloneSupport to 0 and MacStandaloneSupport to 1
