Freeze on 'errors == MDB_SUCCESS || errors == MDB_NOTFOUND' when opening a specific project

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "CrashRepro"

Expected result: The project opens
Actual result: Freezes when loading

Reproducible with: 2023.2.0a17, 2023.2.14f1, 6000.0.0b14
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.36f1, 2022.3.21f1, 2023.1.20f1, 2023.2.0a16

Reproducible on: Windows 10
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested

Notes:
The project opens normally after deleting library
Throws a fatal error when opening 6000.0.0b14
