Open the attached project "BugReport_ListView.zip"
Open BugReport>TestListView

Expected results: No errors in the Console window
Actual results: "Layout update is struggling to process current layout (consider simplifying to avoid recursive layout)" errors are thrown in the Console window

Reproducible with: 2022.2.0b8, 2022.2.0b15, 2023.1.0a21
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.42f1, 2021.3.15f1, 2022.1.23f1, 2022.2.0b7

Reproducible on: Windows 10
