"Features → Packages Included" window shows irregular and broken borders

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a project
2. Window -> Package Management -> Package Manager
3. Select "Unity Registry"
4. Select "2D" under the "Features"
5. Select the "Packages Included" tab in the details window
6. Observe the lines

Actual results: Borders in the "Packages Included" window are irregular and broken 

Expected results: The "Packages Included" window should have clean, continuous, and evenly styled borders

Reproducible with versions: 6000.3.0a1, 6000.3.0b1

Not reproducible with versions: 6000.0.57f1, 6000.1.15f1, 6000.2.2f1

Can’t test with versions: -

Tested on (OS):  M1 Max - Sequoia 15.6.1
