Generate Lighting button is greyed out after installing Entities Graphics package

Steps:

1. Use 2022.2.0b12
2. Create a new URP template project
3. Open SampleScene
4. Open Lighting window, make sure Auto Generate is ON
5. Open Package manager, click "+", select Add package by name, put "com.unity.entities.graphics", click Add
6. Open Lighting window, observe the Generate Lighting button is greyed out

Expected: Auto Generate button should be turned off and Generate Lighting button is not greyed out after installing Entities Graphics package
