D-Pad inputs map to wrong directions when using a wireless Xbox 360 controller on newer Kernel versions

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “IN-135212” project
2. Open the “Scenes/SampleScene” Scene
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. Press the D-Pad buttons “Up”, “Down”, “Left” and “Right”
5. Observe the Console window

Actual result: Logs show “Up” is “Left”, “Down” is “Right, “Left” is “Up” and “Right” is “Down”
Expected result: All the outputs match the buttons pressed

Reproducible with: 1.2.0, 1.10.0, 1.19.0 (6000.0.70f1, 6000.3.9f1, 6000.4.0b9, 6000.5.0a8)

Reproducible on: Ubuntu 24.04.4 (kernel 6.17.0)
Not reproducible on: Windows 11, Ubuntu 25.04 (kernel 6.14.0)
