The Expand/Collapse Overlay arrow stays focused and colored blue when clicking it

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create or open any Project
2. In Scene View undock any Overlay
3. Expand it via right click
4. Click on the Expansion/Collapsion arrow

Actual results: Whenever the expand/collapse arrow of any Overlay Menu is clicked it stays in a focused blue colored state, clicking on any of the other Overlay Menus removes this focused effect. When cursor is hovered over the same arrow when it is in a focused state it turns gray.

Expected results: The blue colored focused/click state is only visible for a short period when it is clicked, currently it acts as an expand/collapse operation indicator and a focused Overlay indicator

Reproducible with versions: 6000.2.0b2 (new feature)

Not reproducible with versions: 2022.3.62f1, 6000.0.49f1, 6000.1.4f1
