Objects wth StackLit lightmode will receive decals when the object is outside of the decal AABB

How to reproduce:
1. Download and open the attached project
2. Open the OutdoorScene
3. Enter "Play" mode
4. Observe the cube

Expected outcome: The red Decal is occluded
Actual outcome: The red Decal is drawn over the cube
