App freezes and the "You can attach a managed debugger now if you want” message doesn’t show up when running the app on iOS devices with the "Wait For Managed Debugger" setting enabled

How to reproduce:
1. Build And Run the user’s attached “My project.zip” project on an iOS device
2. Observe the app

Expected result: The app runs, and the "You can attach a managed debugger now if you want” message pops up
Actual result: The app freezes, and the "You can attach a managed debugger now if you want” message doesn’t pop up
