No Duplicate option is available when right clicking States in the Animator Window even though it's available via Shortcut

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create any Project
2. Create an Animator Controller in the Project Browser and double click it to open the Animator Window
3. Create a State by right clicking the workspace
4. Select the state and use your duplicate Shortcut (ctrl+d)
5. Right click the State and observe the presented options

Actual results: No "Duplicate" option is present when right clicking the State even though duplication of States is possible via Shortcut

Expected results: A "Duplicate" option is available when right clicking States in the Animator Window

Reproducible with versions: 2021.3.47f1, 2022.3.56f1, 6000.0.34f1, 6000.1.0b2
