Long build titles don't fit in the "Publish to Unity Play" window

Steps to reproduce:

1. Install 6000.1.0b3 with the "Web Build Support" module
2. Create a new project
3. Go to "File" ->"Build Profiles" 
4. Verify that the "Web" platform is enabled
5. Please select it
6. Click "Switch Platform"
7. Verify that "Web" is specified as "Active"
8. Click "Build and Run"
9. Enter the longer build title. For example "LoremIpsumLoremIpsumLoremIpsumLoremIpsumLoremIpsumLoremIpsumLoremIpsum"
10. Wait while the build is created.
11. Click the "Publish to Play" button
12. Observe the "Publish to Unity Play" window

Actual results: The long build title doesn't fit in the window. A screenshot is added below in the "Attachments" section.

Expected results: The title should be truncated.

Reproducible with versions: 6000.1.0a10, 6000.1.0b3, 6000.2.0a1.

Not reproducible with versions: 6000.0.35f1, 6000.1.0a9 as these builds have an old window UI and miss new features.

Can’t test with versions: 

Tested on (OS): Apple M1 Max - Sequoia 15.1.1
