VFX Graph using Redo action for Move and Connect node results in an unknown input value

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new HDRP 3D Template project
2. Create a VFX graph
3. Create and then duplicate an Add node
4. Move one Node
5. Connect both Nodes (Connected input states 0 as expected)
6. Undo Edge Connection and Move actions
7. Redo Move and Edge Connection action

Actual results: Connected input is listed as an "-" value

Expected results: Connected input states 0 as in Step 5

Reproducible with versions: 2022.3.63f1, 6000.0.55f1, 6000.1.15f1, 6000.2.0f1, 6000.3.0a4

Tested on (OS): Windows 11, macOS 15.6
