Clicking on the project's title does not open the project when the long path tooltip is shown

How to reproduce:
1. Open Unity Hub
2. Navigate to the Projects tab
3. Hover over the project with a long directory path
4. Move your cursor to the title of the project you are hovering on and try to open it
5. Observe the result

Actual result: The project does not open
Expected result: The project opens

Reproducible with: 3.17.3

Reproduced on: macOS 26.3.1
Not reproduced on: No other environments tested

Note: Issue is reproducible when having a minimized Unity Hub window so that the full project path is not visible (For the tooltip to appear).
