2023.3.X port is canceled as the Contextual Menu feature was removed from this editor version.

Due to the state of the new Contextual Menus feature, we decided to revert to OS Menus in 2023.3. Hence, we are cancelling all 2023.2.X ports and recommend using 2023.3.0b1 or higher for more stable context menus. The feature will be reconsidered in future versions.

Reproduction steps:

Create a new project
Right-click the Project window or the Hierarchy window
Hover over expandable items
Repeat step 3 over different menu items

Expected result: Hovered items do not disappear

Actual result: Hovered items sometimes disappear

Platforms tested (Reproducible): Ubuntu 20

Notes: Reproducible ~30% of the time
