ScriptableObject range value does not change when changing it by typing it in

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “Test Project” Project
2. Select “New New Behaviour Script” SO in the Project window
3. Change the “New Float” value to “0.5” by dragging the slider
4. Select another Asset and again select “New New Behaviour Script” SO
5. Observe the “New Float” value
6. Change the “New Float” value to “0.1” by manually entering it in the input field
7. Repeat step 4 and 5

Expected result: The value changes to “0.1”
Actual result: The value does not change and stays “0.5”

Reproducible with: 2022.2.17f1, 2022.2.21f1, 2023.1.0b17, 2023.2.0a16
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.48f1, 2021.3.26f1, 2022.2.16f1
