Terrain Tools Brush Spacing and Scatter property value does not move when slowly click and dragging on the Brush Spacing and Scatter title

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new Unity project using the Universal 3D template
2. Install the Terrain Tools package (com.unity.terrain-tools)
3. Create a new Terrain GameObject (GameObject > 3D Object > Terrain)
4. Select the newly created Terrain GameObject
5. Open the "Paint Terrain" tab in the Terrain component
6. Click and drag to change property value on the "Brush Spacing" or "Brush Scatter" property title
7. Observe the property value

Actual results: The value does not change

Expected results: The value changes

Reproducible with versions: 5.3.1 (6000.3.4f1, 6000.4.0b3, 6000.5.0a4)

Not reproducible with versions: 5.3.1 (6000.0.65f1)

Tested on (OS): MacOS Silicon Tahoe 26.1

Notes:

• Moving the cursor fast when click and dragging changes the values a little bit
• Does not reproduce with other properties
