Dropdown menu jumps to the bottom left corner when pressing on "Color Palette"

How to reproduce:
1. Create a new 3D (HDRP) Unity project
2. Create a Color Checker Tool object (Right-click in Hierarchy window > Rendering > Color Checker Tool)
3. Try to open the palette dropdown menu that says "Color Palette"
4. Observe the menu

Expected result: The dropdown menu does not jump anywhere, and stays in the correct place
Actual result: The dropdown menu jumps to the bottom left corner

Reproducible with: 2023.2.0a21, 2023.3.0a10
Not reproducible with: 2023.2.0a20

Reproduced on: macOS Ventura 13.6

• Sometimes you have to press multiple times on the "Color Palette" for the dropdown menu jump to the bottom left corner
