"Enter Safe Mode?" pop-up window thrown when opening Runner Game Template

Fixed in Runner Game template v1.0.3

How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project using the "Runner Game" template
2. Observe the thrown pop-up window

Expected results: No pop-up window is thrown, project is loaded without any issues
Actual results: Safe mode pop-up window is thrown

Reproducible with: 2021.3.20f1
Could not test with: 2020.3.45f1, 2022.2.9f1, 2023.1.0b6, 2023.2.0a4 (template not available)

Note:

When pressing "Ignore" in the pop-up window project opens up with error messages: "Assets/Core/Scripts/Ads/AdsController.cs(47,31): error CS1501: No overload for method 'Initialize' takes 4 arguments" and "Failed to find entry-points:
