Building for Windows throws "AgilitySDK dll could not be retrieved" when "Create Visual Studio Solution" was enabled before switching build platform to Windows
Reproducible on: Ubuntu 24.4.04 LTS
Not reproducible on: macOS 15.7.5 (M1)
Workarounds:
When switching platforms to Windows in the Build Profiles, have “Create Visual Studio Solution” disabled
Sometimes building for different architectures of Windows platform until you get a successful build (perhaps build caching helps), makes the previously failing build for desired Windows architecture to succeed

Errors that are output when the issue is reproduced:
Build completed with a result of 'Failed' in 1 seconds (1414 ms)
Building build/bin/arm64/Master/D3D12/D3D12Core.dll failed with output:
The properties of source file Unity/6000.3.11f1_3000ef702840_x64/Data/PlaybackEngines/WindowsStandaloneSupport/External/AgilitySDK/Arm64/D3D12Core.dll could not be retrieved: No such file or directory
