Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Edit > Project Settings… > Services
3. Observe "Will this app be targeted to children as defined by applicable laws?" dropdown
4. Press “Unlink project” button
5. Re-link the project by selecting Organization and Cloud project
6. Press “Link Unity project to cloud project” button
7. Observe "Will this app be targeted to children as defined by applicable laws?" dropdown again
Actual result: "Please select" appears in the dropdown field before being replaced with “Yes” or “No” value
Expected result: “Yes” or “No” value is displayed in the dropdown selection field without "Please select" option appearing

Note: Sometimes ”Please select" option remains in the dropdown field and selecting other values in the dropdown does not remove "Please select" from the selection field, but switching to a different Project Settings tab and back to Services does
