Hub icon in the system tray stops responding

Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch Unity Hub
2. Observe that the Unity Hub Icon is added to the system tray once the process starts
3. Click on the Unity Hub Icon in the system tray

Expected results: Clicking on the Unity Hub Icon expands a drop-down menu
Actual results: Unity Hub Icon is not responsive and does not expand a drop-down menu

Reproducible with Hub: 3.13.0, 3.13.1, 3.13.2, 3.13.3, 3.14.3, 3.15.1

Reproducible on (OS): Ubuntu 24

Not reproducible on (OS): Ubuntu 22

Notes:

• The issue might not occur immediately after performing the hub upgrade. In such cases, the issue would start occurring after a system restart or relaunching the Hub
