"Select All" & "Deselect All" buttons are displayed on the "Build Profiles" window although they provide no value

Steps to reproduce:

Create a new project
Go to "File" ->"Build Profiles"
Click the "Add Build Profile" button
Select "Windows Server" or "macOS Server" or "Ubuntu Server"
Observe the window

Actual results: "Select All" and "Deselect All" are displayed in the window, but if you click them nothing happens. A short video is added below in the "Attachments" section.

Expected results: Buttons should be hidden in such case or if it is not possible to handle so they really should be disabled (not active).

Reproducible with versions: 6000.1.0a10, 6000.1.0b5, 6000.2.0a2

Not reproducible with versions: 6000.0.37f1, 6000.1.0a9

Can’t test with versions: -

Tested on (OS): Apple M1 Max - Sequoia 15.1.1
