Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Go to Window->UI Toolkit->CustomTestInspector
3. Go to Window->UI Toolkit->Debugger
4. Select Pick Element and pick any element in the CustomTestInspector
5. Press Show All in the Debugger
6. Scroll down to see fields with bad spacing.
