Mouse cursor does not revert to the default mouse cursor when pressing the "Add column" button in the Search window

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new Unity project using the Universal 3D template
2. Open the Search window (Window > Search > New Window)
3. Enable Table View in the Search window
4. Press the + "Add column..." button
5. Drag the mouse down into the Search window through the "Add column" dropdown
6. Observe the mouse cursor

Actual results: The hand mouse cursor remains and does not reset to the default mouse cursor

Expected results: The mouse cursor resets to the default mouse cursor

Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.54f1, 6000.1.14f1, 6000.2.0b11, 6000.3.0a3

Tested on (OS): Ubuntu 24.04 (ONLY), macOS Silicon Sequoia 15.5 (not reproducible)
