Layout warning thrown when setting Layout to Default on a new project

2022.3.X

Ubuntu 24.04 is not supported in the 2022.3 stream. Since this is a warning, it is something that can be worked around.

Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new 3D project
2. Set Layout to Default
3. Observe the Console Window

Reproducible with: 2022.2.0a3, 2022.3.36f1
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.40f1, 2022.2.0a2, 6000.0.9f1

Reproducible on: Ubuntu 24.04 (AMD GPU), Ubuntu 24.04 (Nvidia GPU)
Not reproducible on: Ubuntu 22.04 (Nvidia GPU)

Note: does not reproduce if something else is clicked after the editor is opened
