How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. In the Project window, right-click -> Create -> Visual Scripting -> Script Graph
3. Double-click the created Asset to open the "Script Graph" window
4. Under the "Data Outputs", create the new Element
5. Open the "Type" menu and observe the results

Expected results: The menu is stable and doesn't jump
Actual results: Menu sometimes shows loading and sometimes the content inside of it jumps

Reproducible with: 1.9.11 (6000.0.73f1, 6000.3.14f1, 6000.4.4f1, 6000.6.0a3)

Reproducible with: macOS Tahoe 26 (M1)
Not reproducible with: No other environment tested
