Crash on GfxDeviceD3D12Base::UpdateComputeResources when in the Play mode

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "CrashRepro"
2. Enter The Play mode
3. Turn around and run

Expected result: The Play mode continues
Actual result: Editor crashes

Reproducible with: 6000.0.6f1
Couldn’t test with: 2021.3.39f1, 2022.3.31f1 - package errors and the scene breaks

Reproducible on: Windows 10
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested

Notes:
Reporter said that it also crashes while in Edit mode randomly, but this could not be reproduced locally
Only reproduces with Directx12
