Editor freezes on start-up during “Loading Initial Domain With User Assemblies" and starts to rapidly consume RAM until it crashes when the project contains a lot of Scripting Assemblies

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “ASDQWE” project
2. Observe the Editor

Expected result: The Editor finishes loading and opens
Actual result: The Editor freezes during “Loading Initial Domain With User Assemblies: Loading Initial Domain with User” and starts to rapidly consume RAM until it crashes

Reproducible with: 2023.2.0a16, 2023.2.14f1, 2023.3.0b10
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.36f1, 2022.3.21f1, 2023.2.0a15

Reproducible on: macOS Ventura 13.6.3 (user’s) (M1), Sonoma 14.3.1 (Intel), Windows 10

Notes:

• Reproducible regardless of the selected platform
• On macOS Sonoma 14.3.1 (Intel), the Editor only freezes
