"Test Framework" package doesn't show Samples when using Package Manager

We are not developing actively on the 2.0.x version.

Fixed in: Test Framework 1.3.2

There is not supposed to be any samples shipped with 1.1.x of the test framework. The samples are part of 1.3.x and the issue is solved with that version (1.3.2)

How to reproduce:
1. Open the user’s attached project
2. Open the Package Manager window
3. Select the “Test Framework” package and observe the window

Expected result: There’re Samples of a package
Actual result: There’re no Samples of a package

Reproducible with: 1.1.22 (2020.3.0f1), 2.0.1-pre.18 (2020.3.42f1, 2021.3.14f1, 2022.1.23f1, 2022.2.0f1, 2023.1.0a20)

Reproduced on: macOS 12.4 (Intel)

Note: In editors 2021.3.14f1, 2022.1.23f1, 2022.2.0f0, 2023.1.0a20 with Test Framework 1.3.0 package after the 3rd step, there is a message in the console window although this package is not supported

[Package Manager Window] Invalid sample data for package Test Framework: UnityEditor.PackageManager.UI.Internal.IncorrectFieldTypeException: Unable to cast String to Boolean for the field interactiveImport.
