Asset creation in the Project Browser is not always undone/inconsistent when the undo shortcut is pressed right after creating an asset

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new Unity project using the Universal 3D template
2. Create a new folder (Right click > Create > Folder) in the Project Browser window
3. Press the undo shortcut (command+z)
4. Observe the Project Browser window

Actual results: The folder gets created

Expected results: The folder creation is undone

Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.57f1, 6000.2.3f1, 6000.3.0b1

Tested on (OS): macOS Silicon Sequoia 15.6, Ubuntu 24.04

Notes:

• Sometimes need to repeat reproduction steps a few times
• The only way to consistently undo the asset creation is to left click somewhere in the Project Browser window before step 2 (creating an asset)
• Reproduces with creating any asset, not just folders
