Deleted layout displayed in the "Select editor layout" section after its deletion

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create and open any project
2. Go to the "Select editor layout" section which by default should present the "Default" option, which is above the "Inspector" window (top right corner)
3. Create a new layout
4. After creation, select it
5. When it is selected, find the "Delete Layout" option and select it
6. From the sub-menu select the same layout and delete it
7. Go to the "Select editor layout" section and observe it

Expected Result: The "Default" option should be displayed as the selected layout was deleted.

Actual Result: The deleted layout title is still presented. Video added in the "Attachments" section.

Reproducible with:  2023.3.0a11, 2023.2.0b14, 2023.1.17f1, 2022.3.11f1, 2021.3.31f1.

Confirmed OS: Sonoma 14.0
