How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. In the Project window, right-click -> Create -> Shader Graph -> From Template
3. Scroll down to the "VFX Graph"
4. Collapse and expand the category for a few times
5. Observe the results
Expected results: The category is always populated
Actual results: The category is sometimes empty
Reproducible with: 6000.3.14f1, 6000.4.6f1, 6000.5.0b7, 6000.6.0a4
Not reproducible with: 6000.0.74f1 (No such feature)
Reproducible on: macOS Tahoe 26 (M1)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
