Build Profiles: Window becomes messy during the resizing

How to reproduce:

1. Create a new project
2. Go to "File" ->"Build Profiles"
3. Doc "Build Profiles" window next to "Scene" and "Game" windows
4. Try to resize the "Hierarchy" or "Inspector" windows
5. Observe data in the "Build Profiles" window

Actual result:  An attachment (video) is added below in the "Attachments" section.
Expected result: The data should not be distorted.

Reproducible with:  2023.3.0b1, 2023.3.0b5
Not reproducible with: 2023.3.0a19.
