Steps to reproduce:

Create a new Unity project using the Universal 3D template
Create a new UI Document (Assets > Create > UI Toolkit > UI Document)
Duplicate the newly created UI Document
Open the created UI Document in step 2 to open the UI Builder window
Switch the Library view to "Project" in the UI Builder
Open the Assets foldout in the Library
Add the duplicated UI Document Template into the Hierarchy
Save in the UI Builder
Delete the duplicated UI Document in the Project window
Observe the Console window

Actual results: Semantic errors are thrown

Expected results: No errors are thrown

Reproducible with versions: 2023.1.0a3, 6000.0.74f1, 6000.3.14f1, 6000.4.5f1, 6000.5.0b6, 6000.6.0a4

Tested on (OS): MacOS Silicon Tahoe 26.3, Ubuntu 24.04
