Fix readonly TextField cannot be copied.

Fixed in 2022.2.3f1

Cancelling since fix will go into 2022.2.

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “ReadonlyCopy.zip“ project
2. Open the “SampleScene” scene
3. Enter Play mode
4. In the Game view copy (Ctrl/command + C) the readonly field value ("123")
5. Paste somewhere (Ctrl/command + V)

Expected result: “123” is pasted
Actual result: Pasting doesn’t result in “123”

Reproduced with: 2022.1.0a16, 2022.1.8f1, 2022.2.0a18, 2023.1.0a2
Not reproduced with: 1.0.0-preview.18 (2020.3.36f1), 2021.3.6f1, 2022.1.0a15

Reproduced on: Windows 10, macOS Monterey 12.0.1 (Intel)
