GI Cache gets corrupted when building in batch mode for WebGL

2022.1 has reached end of life so the issue will be fixed in a newer version.
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user-attached project “BatchmodeLightingBugRepro”
2. In the toolbar click ScriptBuild → Run Last WebGL Build
3. After you see “Starting web server at http://localhost:8080/” in the Command Prompt enter the “localhost:8080” in the Adress Bar of the Browser
4. Observe the Cube
Expected result: The Cube looks the same as in the Editor
Actual result: The Cube is shining with a pink color
