Deleted Scene still shows up, is clickable and not updated in "Open Recent Scenes" dropdown

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new Unity project using the Universal 3D template
2. Open the "Assets/Scenes" folder in the Project Browser
3. Create a new Scene
4. Open the newly created Scene
5. Open the SampleScene
6. Delete the Scene created in step 3
7. Observe the "Open Recent Scene" dropdown (File > Open Recent Scene)

Actual results: The deleted Scene is still accessible and clickable in the Open Recent Scene dropdown, when clicked, nothing happens and the deleted Scene becomes greyed out

Expected results: The deleted Scene is shown as "Missing or broken path"

Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.54f1, 6000.1.16f1, 6000.2.0f1, 6000.3.0a4

Tested on (OS): Windows 11, macOS Silicon Sequoia 15.5

Notes:

• When the Editor is restarted, the deleted Scene changes to "Missing or broken path"
