Reproduction steps:
1. Download and open the project “NotificationsSamples”
2. Build and Run on an Android device
3. Tap on the “Buy” buttons
4. Observe how “Pending Notifications” show the exact time when the notification will pop up on your device.
5. Go to the Home screen on your device
6. Wait for a notification to pop up
Expected result: Notification arrives on time
Actual result: Notifications are late or don’t show up at all.
