All text in the Project Settings Window is still Tinted White after deleting Text in the Search Window

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open any Project
2. Open the Project Settings Window and select the Graphics Tab
3. In the Search field enter "Graphics"
4. Delete the Search Field Input
5. Observe the color and contrast of all available Options

Actual results: All Option text is tinted bright white as if they were found by searching after deleting the Search String

Expected results: Options revert back to the Grey Color after deleting Search String

Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.2f1, 6000.0.68f1, 6000.3.8f1, 6000.4.0b9, 6000.5.0a7

Not reproducible with versions: 6000.0.1f1
