Documentation page is not displayed when the "Panel Raycaster (UI ToolKit)" question mark is clicked

Repo steps:

1. Open Unity Scene
2. Right click Hierarchy menu
3. Click 3D Object > Cube
4. Click Cube > Add Component in the Inspector Menu
5. Click Panel Raycaster (UI ToolKit) 
6. Click Question Mark link in the Inspector Menu 

 

Expected Result: Documentation page with the data should be displayed for the user.

Actual Result: Web page displays "Sorry... that page seems to be missing!".

Platforms tested: Win 11, MacOS Monterey, Version 12.6.2
