Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project “ListViewProject”
2. Move/Drag the Editor Window to a monitor screen (with a display scale set to 250%)
3. From the Navigation bar open “Course>Save Prefab Window”
4. Drag the last element in the list upwards
5. Observe the new empty list elements spawned in the List view
Expected result: The ListView elements amount stays the same
Actual result: The ListView element randomly populates

Note: Bug does not happen with rounded scale values, like 100% and 200%.
