How to reproduce:
1. Open the “WebGLLightCookie.zip“ project
2. Open the “LightCookie_Sample“ scene
3. Build for WebGL
4. Start a local server in the directory where the WebGL build is (“python3 -m http.server“)
5. Open the WebGL build on a browser on Android (“https://<YOUR IP ADDRESS:8000>“)
6. Observe the grey square
Expected result: The checkmark is rendered
Actual result: The checkmark is not rendered
Reproducible with: 2022.3.60f1, 6000.0.43f1, 6000.1.0a5
Not reproducible with: 6000.1.0b11, 6000.2.0a7
