Search: "Select" and "Open" menu items are displayed like this "Select_enter" and "Open_&enter"

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a 3D project
2. Add 3D Object -> Cube
3. Window -> Search -> New Window
4. Verify that the "Search" window opens
5. Enter the search string "Cube"
6. Save search results to the "Project" list (diskette -> Save Project)
7. Leave the default name (it should be Cube) and click "Save"
8. Verify that the "Cube" query is selected in the "Project" list
9. Go to Results section ->All tab
10. Hover the mouse on any result item and observe how "Select" and "Open" menu items are displayed

Actual Result: "Select _enter" and "Open _&enter". Added screenshots in the "Attachments" section.

Expected Result: "Select" and "Open"

Reproducible with:  2023.2.0a15, 2023.2.0b14, 2023.3.0a11.

Not reproducible with:  2023.2.0a14, 2023.1.17f1, 2022.3.11f1, 2021.3.31f1.
