How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project and install the VFX package
2. In the Project window, right-click -> Create -> Visual Effects -> Visual Effect Graph -> Any VFX Graph
3. In the Blackboard, select any Attribute
4. In the Workspace, right-click to open the contextual menu and observe the results
Expected results: "Delete", "Duplicate" and "Duplicate with edges" options are grayed out because nothing is selected in the Workspace
Actual results: "Delete", "Duplicate" and "Duplicate with edges" options are available and they affect the Attribute in the Blackboard
Reproducible with: 6000.0.69f1, 6000.3.10f1, 6000.4.0b11, 6000.5.0a8
Reproducible on: Ubuntu 24, macOS Tahoe 26
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
Note: "Delete" option is also available on built-in attributes and this throws a "You cannot delete built-in attributes" warning
