Closing Search Picker wipes Undo history

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new project
2. Make sure your preference for the Object Selector Search Engine is set to Advanced: Edit/Preferences/Search/Object Selector -> Advanced.
3. Click GameObject/3D Object/Cube
4. Open the Undo History window (Window/General Undo History). Make sure there's some history in it. Change some stuff in the scene to add some.
5. Select Cube and click to change the Mesh reference. The Search picker window should open. 
6. Close the window without making any selection

Actual results: Undo History is gone!

Expected results: Undo History remains untouched. 

Reproducible with versions: 6000.2.0a11

Not reproducible with versions: 6000.1.0f1, 6000.0.49f1, 7000.0.0a26

Can’t test with versions: 

Tested on (OS): Windows 10, Windows 11

Notes:

• The same happens if you select an item in the picker. This happens with other object pickers so is not specific to the Mesh Renderer.
