Adaptive Performance Settings are added and enabled even when pressing “Cancel” instead of “Ok” in the Enable Framing Timing Stats popup
Unity: Adaptive Performance
As Designed
6.3.X
Pressing cancel button won't enable the frame time stats for player settings. It has nothing to do with cancelling the request to add the adaptive performance settings to the build profile.
Steps to reproduce:
Create a new Unity project using the Universal 3D template
Open the Build Profiles window (File > Build Profiles)
Click the "Add Build Profile" button
Repeat step 3
Select the newly added Build Profile
Click the "Add Settings" button and select "Adaptive Performance Settings"
Click the "Cancel" button in the popup
Observe the Build Profile
Actual results: The Adaptive Performance Settings are added to the Build Profile even when the "Cancel" button was pressed instead of the "Ok" button
Expected results: The Adaptive Performance Settings are not added since the "Cancel" button was pressed
Reproducible with versions: 6000.3.0b1
Can’t test with versions: 6000.0.57f1, 6000.2.3f1 (No Add Settings feature in Build Profiles)
Tested on (OS): Ubuntu 24.04, macOS Silicon Sequoia 15.6.1
