The Renderer Component used for the Tiles is MeshRenderer(3D) but uses Sprite-Lit-Default which is specific to URP-2D
MeshRenderer may not be compatible with 2D materials and may produce artifacts. Please use URP shaders such as Lit or Simple-Lit (more suited for Meshes).
If you do want to use "Sprite-Lit-Default" material on MeshRenderer, please
1. Do not use Tiling or Offset with SRP-Batcher on.
2. Disable SRP-Batcher if you do want to use Tiling or Offset.
